Map My Run/Map My Fitness

So, I've created accounts on both of those apps. The downside is that I feel like it's giving me huge calorie burns...

People said myfitnesspal overestimates burns, but it was more accurate when I compared it with another website... I don't have the money to buy a fitbit/heart rate monitor/body bugg, so just wondering how I can get the most accurate count?

Suggestions?
