Ok everyone. It's time for me to get back to the grind. from March 2013-March 2014, I lost (depending on the scale used) between 40-45lbs. I've gained some of my weight back, but I am still down about 35lbs from where I started. I'm going to get a new starting weight tomorrow when I wake up and I'll enter it here. I plan on hitting the gym as often as I can, even if it's just for some cardio training. Part of the time last year I spent with a personal trainer so I always had to be accountable to her, otherwise my workouts sucked worse. However, having a trainer now isn't feasible. Anyone up for the challenge of helping me get back into working out regularly? Email me and lets go. I'm planning on going to the gym Saturday morning after work to get started. I'm ready....are you??
