A little advice please

Hello
I have been following a lowish carb highish protein diet of around 1200 cals or thereabouts for few months and have lost about 10lbs.
Over the last week this has crept up again and basically wondered how can I have put on 2.4lbs in a week.
My diary is open if you want to see what I have been chomping?
Any advice (Not shouting, trolling or moaning at me) would be gratefully received.
I am 5ft 4inches and 38 years old and not that active but am working on this! I did a 20sec Plank yesterday and 30 mins cardio (This is pretty good for me!)

Your profile and diary is only available to your friends at the moment so cannot see what you have eaten. But has it changed in any way from before? Are you strictly weighing/measuring?0

and your weight is ?
2.4 lbs in a week is likely to be 80% water or measurement error.

Time of the month? Ovulation? Extra sodium in food? A few extra carbs from your normal low carb? Exercise you didn't do for a while? Sunburn?
It could literally be anything, but these are all temporary water gains.
If you didn't eat waaaaay over your calorie goal, then it's not actual weight gain.0
