I ate bacon and oatmeal every day. I usually put brown sugar and raisins into my oatmeal. And coffee with hazelnut. Sometimes an apple.0

I don't eat for weight loss anymore. It never helped to look at it like that. I eat for hydration and health - I exercise, meditate and sleep for weight loss.
I have in the last 3 years gave up all grains, all refined sugars, and eat an almost 70% raw diet.0 -
I love a slice of toast with half a avocado and a fried egg (cooked in pam). This helps me from getting hungry and works on the belly fat (avocado).0
