I'm new, HI!

Hello,

I joined a gym on Nov 11 with my two best friends. I joined My Fitness Pal shortly thereafter. Fitness pal has really opened my eyes to the bad stuff I eat during the day. I'm finding that I have a few calories left over at the end of the day. Even with those calories, I find that I'm "well fed" to even include a small dessert and coffee (my weakness) while I'm at work.

I do have a question for the community: While I'm at the gym, I find myself craving things I normally wouldn't really look for. Yesterday, I wanted vinegar potato chips, rice pudding, etc. Is this normal? Do you experience this? My work out buddies and I find it to be very funny, so aside from being wierd, it's comedy in between reps.

    I am not sure about the why of the cravings, but I do get cravings while working out. I will say that they are not always things that I normally eat, I guess I have never really paid attention. :smile:
