As usual, when you feel like you have a million things to do, you wanna kick back at the end of the day and gourge on food..my craving was pizza..but im trying to stay strong and shake it off..take a walk later and have a light supper as i usually do. I have 2 days until the big Thanksgiving feast and I finally lost all the bloated weight I carried for 10 days while being sick...from my overeating habits at that time.

you can do it! Thanksgiving is Thursday, if you can keep on track until then you will earn your reward day!

You go, girl!!! Keep it up - you'll be so glad come Thursday/Friday that you kept to your goal!
  • For me there is always that 10 - 20 min period of intense craving where I know I'll just let go if I start eating. If I can get past that I'm A-Okay.

    Good for you!

Ahh, I know what you mean about the pizza!

I was so tempted the other night, I was stressing like mad about an exam I had the next day and my boyfriend brings home 4 extra slices of a meat lovers pizza and somewhat guiltily asks me if I want some. I probably spent a full minute just staring at that pizza! But in the end instead of grabbing two slices and destroying my calorie limit for the day, I used the few I had left and ate half a slice! The self control I had to exert was unreal!

However, when at the end of the day I was under my calorie goal it was totally worth it!

Keeping your goals in mind makes things a little easier, good luck!!
