Thermoregulation

I wasn't completely sure where to put this topic but I was wondering if anyone who is dieting and exercising is having a difficult time staying warm then other times being way too warm? I'm not sure if I need to slow down or if this is normal?

I am always saying I have absolutely no thermoregulation. Some of it started due to a hysterectomy 20 years ago, but it has continued and still continues.
I find it very frustrating and confusing. I can not have my heat or AC at a constant setting as I can be freezing and boiling at the same temperature settings. I am constantly changing the setting by a degree or two.
I am not currently losing weight, so I can't say it is connected to that.
It does add a certain something to daily life :laugh:0
