Almost to my first mini goal

My first mini goal was 20lbs lost. I am now at 18lbs lost, from 226 to 208. Only 82lbs to go before I hit my goal weight. I plan on reaching that goal In Sept 2011.

My non scale victories are

My work out pants are getting lose.
My band size on my bra's is shrinking
I can almost put on my wedding ring
I can see my waist going back to an hourglass and the love handles are gone
My double chin is almost gone
I can bypass pizza and chocolate
I can work out for an hour on the elliptical and be able to talk the whole time.

What a GREAT job... keep it up... for every 20 pounds off I gave myself a non food incentive... something to thing about!

At first NSV's were the only progress I saw so I am more likely to recognize them first
