Requesting HELP on Yard Sale Etiquette

So I have been collecting things in my garage for weeks. Lots of furniture. Good stuff, but nothing overly precious. Since I posted a private presale tonight on Facebook (only went to a small, fun group), there has been a lot of interest in some of the items.
My question is, if 20 people show up at same time and several want one item at price listed, what do I do?
-take bids?
-sell to the first person who agrees to listed price?
-how long do I wait to close the sale, since I will only be open for exactly 2 hours?
I know there are Estate/Yard Sale nuts on MFP who will have an opinion. I need your input!!!
Thanks

If you list an item, you're obligated to sell it for that price to the first person. That's not yard sale etiquette. That's just decent human being etiquette.0
