    I like to make two -
    -1 tbsp. tahini, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, add just enough water to thin out to desired consistency
    -1/2 avocado, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, add water to consistency you like

    If you dont have time to make your own.. I LOVE Opa.... feta dill is fantastic.. as is the Ranch and Jalapeno Ranch...
