Well about a 2 yrs or so ago I joined with the goal of getting down to 140 from about 190 (I'm 5'1 but that's the weight I look top heavy at) then a lot happened bad break up, went back to school, reevaluation of my life etc. Well went to the doctor last week and really looked at the scale not only did I gain back the 10 lost I'd gained another 16 so cue a new reevaluation this time on a physical scale. Five years ago I was 140 lbs and was wearing a size 10 jeans I want to be there again I was happier and I felt better about me. I also want to be in a place where when I finally get the funds or the insurance to afford to visit a plastic surgeon I won't be told lose 20 lbs and see what that does for you. So my new goal is for the next month or so change and control my eating habits less ice cream and sweet tea, more water and fruits. Once school starts back up join the cycle class my local Y offers and as my semesters change find classes for cardio and/or a personal trainer that can work around my school and work schedule. In two to three years that's where I want to be.
