Fidgeting?

Sooo.. is fidgeting a form of exercise? I've read that it does burn calories.

    If you do it while running or lifting weights, yes.

    I've read that people who fidget a lot do burn more calories, but I highly doubt it would be enough to make a huge difference when it comes to weight loss. So no, I wouldn't count it as exercise.

    No. Being alive also burns calories but you don't add it in as extra exercise.

    I fidget all the time and it hasn't created any significant loss, so I'd say no.
