YAY! first week results!

I'm down 6.5 in 8 days!!!! pretty pumped!
but is anyone else having/have this issue: now that i am eating so much better, suddenly i have zero cravings/appetite sometimes. I am eating low carbs (barely any) and low sugar (only from natural fruits). sometimes when i go to eat a meal, i have zero appetite and have to force myself to eat. this is such a strange feeling for me! does anyone else have this happen too?

    Congratulations! It's always a motivator when you see results!! I did for the few days want to eat everything I saw, now I feel like a yogurt will keep me until lunch then a lite lunch and some times not even hungry then. I thought I was the only one with no appetite. :)
