So I love Diet soda, and everytime I try to lose weight I give it up. I recently started using this app and find that I try to justify Diet Pepsi as ok cause it has no calories. So I'm looking for some reasons for not drinking pop besides the water is better?
Thanks for your help

If you have no medical reason to avoid diet soda then it's fine.0

Diet soda has zero calories, so no, it does not impact weight loss. Drink away!0

Like the others have states, there is 0 calories in diet pop, so there really is nothing wrong with it
My problem is that it makes me more thirsty when I drink it. I use Diet soda as a treat, once or twice a week.0 -
I drink a couple diet sodas a day. Zero calories is zero calories. I drink tea and coffee too. I do the whole moderation in all things approach0
