Meaning of high post count?

I have been searching for the meaning of a high post count. I think I have it narrowed down to a few items. I still need some clarification though. Please help.

Does it mean you are:

more credible?
less credible?
have free time at work?
a post *kitten*?
a bacon lover?
defensive when you are butt-hurt?
