restaurant nutritional information?

What is the best way to try and calculate the calories/fat when eating out? I've been invited to a Cuban restaurant, mostly tapas type foods but have no idea of the nutritional values.
I'm not worried about an accurate figure, just something in the right region so it's not a complete write off!

    check online for the restaurants nutritional info, if they dont have it listed you'll have to geusstimate
