Hi Everyone! I currently do Body Pump (3 x a week), Insanity (4 x a week) and CXWorx (2 x a week) through my local YMCA but I would like to start weightlifting. I am hoping to tighten up even more to prevent lose skin. I have currently lost 117 lbs and I have 48.6 left to lose. Should I start lifting now or weight until I get down some more? Just not sure where to start and when I have looked online I don't know the lingo so it gets a little confusing.

start now.
look up starting strength, strong lifts or strong curves. although strong curves might be a bit better because there's a lot of dumbbell work which will work well in the Y since i know most Ys dont have a squat rack beyond the smith machine0
