Who want a friend?!

Hi all!
I am new to MFP, and looking for some support buddies.

Recently had an amazing beautiful little girl (12 weeks now!) and really need to get cracking on this healthy life.
I was never really thin, but did have a stint at making healthy choices while I lived in Germany... got down to 165lbs, which is amazing for me.

However, as soon as I moved back to the states, the sedentary lifestyle and high-fat foods caught up with me. Then, marriage and pregnancy left me carrying 221lbs, not including my purse!

So, I am going to get serious. My doc suggested the Paleo Diet, which I might modify to include a bit of milk and cheese, and some rice (hubs is Filipino).

In any case, today is day 1 of food and exercise changes and I am really hoping to find some folks who want to be virtual BFFs. :) So, if you are a mom, a lady or even some dude who wouldn't mind hearing about a long night of messy diapers whilst encouraging each other to live right - introduce yourself and let's get to work!

    I joined a little over a month ago. I started with a trainer 7 months ago. Single no kids but feel free to add if you wish

    I don't do paleo because I like everything in moderation. But I eat clean. Foods with very few ingredients or fresh. I don't eat red meat or dairy just because it's hard on my stomach. I'm on several times a day logging in so you can add me! I'm a mom too. I have 2 girls, 11 and 6. My 11 yr old is a great exercise partner. She gets up with me at 5:45 every morning to walk the dog.
