Just made this salad, adding bulgur and garbanzos as suggested. It's quick, healthy, and delicious!

    It's a nice looking salad. I would serve that up with some grilled chicken. :drinker:

    That's a lovely salad =) I would also serve it with grilled chicken. Shhhhhh don't tell the vegan blogger.

    Oops! I wasn't paying attention. :embarassed: Didn't notice it was vegan. Garbanzo beans it is, then. I'd eat it either way. :flowerforyou:
