I really have no idea where to post this, but does anyone have a weird sleeping pattern?

I generally go to bed at around 6PM , wake up at around 02:00 so I can do anything I want earlier; I feel more energized and I'm generally getting more sleep than before.

    My sleep is messed up. I know eating a lot right before you sleep can mess you up. I have PTSD and GERD so I have to watch what I eat before I sleep and take some medicine before I lay down.

    Do you go to sleep at 6pm because of your schedule or are you just worn out by then? I get most tired in the middle of the day
    and even caffeine doesn't help. I hope my doc can help me soon.

    I think it's just my schedule, but I'm also fairly tired then too.
