Had a real life dead lifting experience. I went off the road on a motorcycle and down an embankment; the bike fell over in its side. I could not get down and push it up w/my legs (how you are supposed to). So, I got into dead lift position, grabbed the chassis, and pulled that 650cc ***** up; it weighs over 500. It wasn't easy, but I just felt that I could do it. I essentially high dead lifted/low rack pulled 500 pounds- gives me a lot of confidence to attack that 405 on the bar.
