Hello! I am on day 4, and I currently weigh 189, 5'4". I am trying to get to around 140, I am very comfortable at that weight for my age (45). Please review my diary so far, as the program is telling me I am eating below my 1370 cal . recommendations. I do not feel deprived, but I want to maximize my use of nutrients. I am not a huge exerciser, mainly walking and some pilates, hand weights.

You ARE eating too little! You should be eating minimum 1200 NET, you're in the 1100 range...I'd be starving if I was that low! Eat a bit more, at least at BMR so if yours is 1300...Go for 1300, if you haven't calculated BMR and TDEE yet please do so and adjust calories accordingly0

I don't usually eat all my calories either. I'm supposed to eat 1390 and I think I usually hit about 1200. You're diary looks good except I'd spread it out more towards the end of the day. Your dinner had the most calories and you didn't really have snacks. I try to spread my calories out into 6 mini meals and it keeps me going more evenly through the day. If you don't feel deprived don't worry about the calories. You can always eat more if you want to later.0

Looks like you need some fruit and veggies too That's my downfall. I like fruit but not so much the veggies.0

thanks..I found a calculator online and it came to 1577 for BMR, and my AMR is 1890, so I have to eat between 1300-1400 cal per day to lose 1-1.5 lbs per week. Thanks for suggesting I research that...never knew!0

Thanks for the advice. I love smoothies and mix frozen fruit in, or have a banana in yogurt, or cold grapes as a crunchy sweet snack. If I eat veggies , it's mainly near dinner. I will eat them if they are cut up and avail, but if I need to prepare them...I find something else. I need to allot some free time to slice and dice and put in ready to grab bags I think!0

Dinners look light, usually my biggest meal. What about drinks - just water, or maybe some calories there?0

It looks alright nutrition wise but it's awfully low calorie. You're eating about the same as me calorie wise, and I'm 5 foot at 130.
If you lose a ton of weight really fast you're going to plateau because you can't go any lower for calories. You should be eating closer to your BMR then lower it down after awhile.0
