Eating under cal. goal but feeling SO full

Okay lately I've been working out more AND eating better. However...I've been eating several hundred (normally around 300-400 cal) under my calorie goal but I feel EXTREMELY full. Is it bad to be constantly under my calorie goal? I've been trying to make myself eat more to get closer to my goal but most days I don't. Advice?

Depends on your goals. If you are trying to maintain or gain weight, you'll find it impossible at a deficit.

What is your daily calorie goal, and how are you estimating burns from workouts?

I struggle with this as well.

Change your diet to include more calorie dense foods. Ex: Chicken is great but very filling for the minimal calories it contains. So re-*kitten* every meal and see if you can find foods which aren't as satiating and have higher calorie density.

My daily goal is 1,390. I use MapMyRun and then usually round down the calories it says I burn, cause who knows how accurate those types of things are

If you are netting 300 below your 1400 calorie goal, I'd be worried.

Try adding in calorie dense things you enjoy. I added homemade trail mix, wine, and low fat yogurt back to my diet to increase my calories for maintenance.

Peanut butter would also work well, at 200 calories for two tablespoons.
