Well I just got started a month ago and I dropped 18 pounds, but now i see that going out the window :( I am still continuing with my workout routine, which is exercising at least 4x a week 45-60min. each time.....I'm still REALLY early into my pregnancy...

I'm really not wanting to gain weight, but obviously i know it's going to happen, I mean, im pregnant. I have to say though, that all my other pregnancies, I actually weigh less coming out of the pregnancy, than when I entered into the pregnancy...

I've read that pregnant women should take in an extra 300 calories...my goal is set at 1400...so that would be 1700....

Just seeing if anyone else is going through the same thing I am going through or if anyone can leave me some advice...TY!

It depends how much you had to lose pre pregnancy but its possible if you take expert advice not to gain much at all. I'm on another board and there are girls on there that had a lot of weight to lose and only gained a few pounds during their pregnancies and have perfectly healthy babies. It can be done so that you actually lose a little weight but do not attempt to do it without speaking to a nutritionist that has experience with pregnancies. Baby comes first!

Well done on your loss so far and congratulations on your pregnancy
