Dani actually won this photo shoot for free on a facebook contest I believe! IF you're looking to have something like this done a good way is to post on facebook or craigslist that you're interested in having an amateur take the photos. They will usually take really nice photos for CHEAP or free if you let them use them in their portfolio. Just an idea !

Thank you for your post - I will look back on it often for motivation! My incentive to loose weight is a picture of myself in a light purple bridesmaid dress too... I felt horrible horrible and unhappy in that dress, but put a smile on my face for my friend's special day and then immediately took off 30lbs after seeing the pictures. I still have a long way to go, but seeing your success (I'm also 5'2 with the same GW) and how close you are to your GW is a beautiful reminder that it can be done. So thank you again and congratulations - you look healthy and your energy lights up each photo!

Thank you! I empathize with your story so much! I know exactly how you must have felt.
The wedding was a few years ago. I remember putting on a "happy face" for my friend but it was hard.
There were 3 other bridesmaids in the party who were gorgeous and slender.....and then there was me....the fat one.
I actually felt sorry for the groomsman that had to walk with me down the aisle after the ceremony. The fact that I felt that way about myself then makes me want to cry. I cannot believe I felt that low about myself.

I have a healthy appreciation for my body now and I love the way I look. Even though I still have 16lbs to lose to get to my goal weight I know I would be content at the weight I am now.
