Getting back on track

I just need to complain a little about myself
I am so disappointed I know i know its a day... It seems like this week I haven't cared about my nutrition or exercise!!! I always exercise and eat right. I have been having moments where I just want to eat!! I know we all go through it. I just can't seem to get back on track. Anyone else going through this. It's that time of the month for me so I'm kind of blah and extremely tired!!! I am hoping to not splurge tom. since mon adn today I did. I had 5 wedding cake cookies!!! I didn't care until after. I am so full now adn it's only lunch I may not be eating dinner when it's that time for me I don't eat as much. Well anyways I am sure we all have those weeks or days even the ones that are personal trainers etc. I went to school for personal training so I knwo what to do and everything.

PMS is evil
I binge as well, I crave sweet and salty stuff (preferably together). Then I beat myself up about it afterward.

Yes it is evil!!! I know I always say I can't wait for the next day. I am the type like if I take a day off of exercise I crave to workout!!! It's crazy!!! Normally my pms is that bad but sometimes it is. It just knocks you down where you are so tired!! My ultimate goal is to have a flat stomach by summer. I am 113-115lbs 27 in waist and my abdomin is 31in so I can't wait to accomplish my goals!!! It's getting there. It is harder once you get down to a certain weight. After having my baby I was losing a lb to two a week. I had her april of 09 I gained 26lbs lost 13 in the hospital then lost more after so when I started my regimen again I was 131 within 10 months of having her I was down to 113 This is the smallest I have ever been. I'm 5'2 also!! I am trying to get a flat tummy it's hard. especially when you crave cherry coke zero0
