Gained some water weight, don't know if that's it

So I've been eating a VLCD for a while now because that's all my stomach can handle otherwise I get physically ill if I eat more than a certain amount. I'll get nauseous and 9/10 I'll throw up what I ate. So I've had 2 - 900 calorie days this week and now I've ballooned up almost 4 pounds. I went from 119.4 to 122.8 in three days. I exercise at least 5-6 times a week for an hour each day. I weigh and measure EVERY SINGLE THING that goes in my mouth. I may not edit database entries all the time, but I weight and measure everything so I know exactly how much I'm eating.

I know how many calories I'm burning because I use a calculator online that uses heart rate, age, time, weight, and gender to determine calories burned. So I know how much there and I'm not over estimating because I take a few calories off each workout just to make sure it's not too overestimated if the calculator is a bit off. I check my heart rate every ten minutes after the initial ten minutes of my workout then divide that by the times I checked for an average.

I don't know why I'm retaining so much water. I drink plenty of water and I know I don't go to the bathroom regularly(TMI I know but it's true, I have a colo on Tuesday to have my colon checked for problems). I just don't know why the scale would drastically climb when I meticulously measure and weigh everything, am accurate with the calories I burn, and list everything I eat that I can. I don't forget things unless my laptop doesn't want to work or the Windows app is flunky.

Can anyone give me advice? Please? This is stressing me out.

When you go to the doctor on Tuesday, show them this post.

Your approach is far from healthy.
