Need advice on strengthening my upper body

My name is Kim and I have been using T-25 on and off :( since February. I don't lose weight really, but I feel stronger and can keep up with most of the exercises. I am having trouble with any workouts that focus on the upper body (ie, planks, pushups, etc.). I can't even do a pushup in the modified position. My wrists are really weak, as well. It's frustrating because I want to get results but I don't have the muscle strength! Does anyone have any exercise routines that I can do in addition to these workouts that will get me in the right physical condition to keep up?
