Slowly but surely!

5 pounds gone in the first week, woohoo!! I suspect most of it was water weight and since I'm overweight, the initial loss came rather quickly but I'm excited and motivated to keep going! I'll be going on a week-long trip soon involving lots of eating and social gathering but life happens and you gotta find ways to adjust yourself.. I'm probably gonna enjoy myself but try my best to portion control and find ways to do quick workouts at the hotel gym. Can't wait to get closer to my goal weight!
