women who lift! what is your routine and results?

I love reading/seeing before/after pictures of women! its super motivating. I am just dabbling into lifting as of 3 months ago. I of course like every other women would love to have sculpted arms, lifted butt and flat abs!

right now I am running 4-6 miles 3x a week and I am trying to lift at least 3-4 days! follow a 12,10,8,6 rep routine for every exercise. I do upper body one day and lower body the next and do one exercise per muscle group.
