i want to get the list of hot spicy and crispy low calorie snacks suitable for winter and also the recipes for the same

    You might check out Allrecipes.com. They have a lot of snack items and list the nutrition information for most things.

    www.kraftfoods.com has some good recipes with nutrition info and a healthy living section. I've found some good things there.

    I love the Kraft Canada website (not sure if it is the same as the us one or not). The past 2 weeks I have made recipes from Kraft or recipes that I have found on here!

    Celery soaked in spicy v8 juice. Delicious and basically no calories!
