Hi,
I've been on MFP since May of this year. So far, I've lost 8 lbs! Yeah!
I work out for an hour 4 to 5 days a week.
I log in my calorie intake as often as possible.
There are times when I forget, or just want to "give up"
I'm 53 years old, and wonder if there's hope for me to lose at least 100lbs. by next year!?
This time, I'm in it to be victorious to achieve this goal!
Any one want to join me on this journey?
Shrianna

.5-2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. With 52 weeks in a year, it might take a little longer than a year. Think of this as a lifestyle change. You can do this!!! :)

Just take it one day at a time and you will get to your goal. I have been using MFP since April and this time my weight loss journey is different. I am making lifestyle changes and not giving up. I have had a few fluctuations in my weight but It's ok if I have a bad day...I just own it and start fresh the next day. Try to log everyday. It really helps to keep you accountable. We can motivate each other to keep going strong. You can do this!
