Need help to stay motivated

So I really need help to stay motivated right now. I need someone to kick me into high gear when they see me slacking off. I normally am very persistent and confident the first week or two and then I normally fall off and start to do things that I know is bad for me, like eating Burger King or something like that.

I need to face the truth. I am 20 pounds overweight. That may not be a lot to some people but look at it this way: my BMI range is actually in the obese status. I need to lose this weight for my health because I don't want to get older and have to be on several medications just because of what I am doing now.

So I need some help. I'm starting my work out tomorrow. I guess my main problem is also not cooking at home. I really hate to cook and that leads me to eat out so any good, quick recipes for lunches and dinners would be great. Thanks.
