Losing weight but not inches

One of my biggest goals of this weight loss journey I'm on is to not only get to a healthy weight, but to lose some inches too! I've been doing pretty decent with my weight loss, but the inches don't seem to be budging :( what do I do? How do I dominate these inches that have been pestering me for years?!

Exercise will take off inches even when you're not losing weight. My sons do situps and pushups every night and it's quite amazing. I just walk and have lost several inches on my waist and hips since I stopped losing last year.

I'm told lifting is the best, but I haven't tried it.

    body weight training, strength training.
  • It happens to me also, I lose weight but not the inches. I want to have a slimmer body so I started to do some exercises at home, sometimes it takes a long time loose inches. Patiently waiting is the best solution, maybe our body is adjusting and the only thing that improves is our weight not the physical one.
