Not a fan of Turbo Kick!

I tried a Turbo Kick class at my gym today and I won't be doing it again. I'm not overweight, in decent shape, no pre-existing knee issues but I'm really feeling my knee after this class. I hope I didn't do any damage. I run, do yoga and resistance so I'm surprised that my knee is hurting. Also my feet were hurting during the class like I was getting blisters. I've done Zumba with no issues at all, I feel like Turbo Kick kind of wrecked my body for just an okay workout. So if you're thinking of trying it, maybe think again :noway:

I started my 100+ weight loss with TurboKick. Make sure you don't "stick" your feet on the ground and bounce like they say during the class and that your knees and feet follow the rest of your body.
