Eating the Same Menu- good or bad?

Hey guys. This is not about calories per day thing, but I've been questioning myself for awhile with what I"m eating. It's very clean and rich in protein and complex carb, so don't lecture me about the nutritions and calories intake; I'm making sure I had all the food nutritions filled up each day
. However, I've read several books with sample food schedules, blah blah blah, and they change breakfast menu everyday. These days I'm into Protein Pancakes, and I've been making them for breakfast everyday (i love it so much). Is that bad if I want to get lean, toned? Do I really need to switch to other types of food for breakfast?

I eat almost the exact same thing every day for breakfast and lunch but mix it up quite a bit for dinner. I've been doing that for almost a year now and progressing the entire time. I don't worry so much about eating clean, but it meets my nutritional needs and has worked just fine thus far.0

If it works for you, why not continue doing, no doubt you may get bored occasionally but you can always change menu on those occasions..
Just make sure the menu you are eating has a good variety of foods and meets your nutritional requirements.0 -
Personally (and this is just my opinion)… if you are getting the necessary nutrients and you are enjoying what you're eating… it doesn't really matter if you are following the same menu or mixing it up. Usually those advocating mixing it up does so because they would get bored eating the same things, which sometimes leads to people giving up completely. But if you are happy with it… go for it.0

I don't see anything wrong with eating the same thing, especially if it works for you. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The only thing to be concerned about is the risk of developing some nutrient deficiencies in the long run if your usual menu is lacking in certain vitamins/minerals. If this is the case, a multivitamin would suffice. Otherwise, eat away! For me personally though, I like a lot of variety and can get bored of the same thing so I prefer to cook/eat a ton of different stuff weekly.0

Oh I see; so I guess I can eat the Protein pancakes for morning breakfast everyday until I get bored!
Don't worry, my lunch and my dinner menus are always different each day, it's just only my mornings cravings for oat pancakes.. Thank you so much guys! I can get a little paranoid about eating sometimes :P Just hope to see some progresses in my body soon !
