Logging after midnight!

I'm sure it is whatever floats my boat, but, if I exercised Saturday during day, and tried to sleep, but couldn't so did a second exercise after midnight - so, technically on Sunday, would you log in on Saturday or Sunday since I haven't slept yet?

In the grand scheme of things it won't make any difference, but I'd probably log it on the next day if it affects your calorie allowance. If your using TDEE or not eating back exercise calories then the day makes even less of a difference.0

I log everything Midnight-Midnight just to be consistent...0

As lame as I sound; I have no clue if I eat back my calories. I never understood that. I would say, I probably don't? My diary is open.0 -

Consistency is good,
I think I'll stick with that as well. That was my first thought.0 -

LOL, no worries. When you plug in your exercise for the day, MFP gives you more calories. Some people eat them and some people don't. I personally think most people should eat at least SOME of the extra calories they get from exercise. If you have some time OP there's a thread that many people who have been here a while recommend. It clears up a lot of to questions for people who are new to MFP have. Give it a read when you have a chance.

I count a day as the time period I'm awake -- not the actual time on the clock. Like right now, it's after midnight and I've had a snack but that still goes on my Saturday's intake vs. my Sunday intake. I would do the same with exercise. In the grand scheme, it doesn't matter, but I do it that way because that's what works for me.0

My day runs from 7:30am to 1:30am the next day, so I cheat and set MFP to an earlier time zone. I know, I know. I really should get more sleep. :grumble:0
