Hello all,
I am on a mission to loose weight since having my beautiful little boy x if anyone has any tips etc I would be be grateful !! On 1200 calories a day and most day burning 1000 calories xx

That's a lot of exercise calories! Do you really need to do so much exercise? I think it will cause you to burn out. Are you eating back any of your exercise calories?
Are you breastfeeding? If so, 1200 calories won't be enough to sustain yourself and breastfeeding.0 -
No I'm not breaatfeeding and I am 9 weeks post partum x I don't feel worn out etc I use my stationary bike/cross trainer for 45 mins a day and always end up burning more than a 1000 calories x if I don't do that I walk around 4 miles plus instead x0

Are you using a heart rate monitor to ensure you're getting an accurate calorie burn readout?0
