Yes i do too usually in the hole on my calories so now i drink a soy shake or take a protein bar with me. It helps in between when I can't always sit down and prepare a meal and consume it!!!

I don't have that problem anymore. I found that the trick for me is to log my exercise that I'm going to do that day first thing in the morning, then I know from the get go how many calories I need to plan to consume that day, then I plan my food accordingly. Of course, the trick here is to make sure that you do the exercise that you logged in for that day.

Honestly, I have never have had a problem eating my calories. You shouldn't eaither. Just eat higher cal foods, like nuts, cheese, and whole grain breads. If you know you are going to work out at night, eat more during the day before your workout.

Banks just posted on the importance of eating all of your calories. You should check it out, its a good read.

My days go one of two ways:
I'm STARVING, and wonder why I can't eat about 4,000 more calories,
    or
I just cannot eat one more thing, but I have 600 calories left.

I haven't felt completely sated yet. It takes a while for your body to adjust to eating the right amount of food for it. Just eat what you can, and try eating more calorie dense food.

Yes, I can't seem to get all of my calories in every day. I'm doing it, by drinking another coffee (probably should stop this from the looks of my energy today), or I eat something like ham with a scrambled egg at night. Snacks are so strange for me now. Ham? HU? When did that become a munchie?

Anyway...I don't always ditch my yokes in my eggs so I can keep the calories.
