Am I training too much?

Just wondering if I am doing too much. This is my routine.

60 mins ish Weight training hitting legs back chest shoulders arms with 10 minutes bike Mon/wed/Fri
60 mins Trx combined with kettle bells followed by 10mins treadmill or bike Tue/Thur/sat

I get very board on cardio machines so I tend to do high intensity for a shorter period.

I'm tied into the trx for now as its a 30 day challange but should I reduce my weight training or is what I'm doing OK?

    To be honest, I think you're the only person who can answer that. You'll have to try it out for a bit and see how you feel. Are your energy levels ok, your appetite, mood and sleep ok? If not, then you might have to dial it back and let your body slowly adapt to the stress. Also, muscle soreness. Fitness and strength increase while we're resting, in response to the stimuli, so if you're sore it might be best to skip a day or take a lighter day.

    You can also do things like monitor your heart rate to see if it's reacting to the stress, but I've always found that indicators like my mood and sleep to be better markers.
  • I was just stressing about over doing it in a general sense. I feel good and have only minor leg ache. Been resting since yesterday morning and not Back to gym until tomorrow evening. My mood was a bit flat but I put that down to my intake which I have just increased.

    Point taken though.
