Alright, so my boyfriend and I decided to do "breakfast for dinner"...so I fit it into my calories for the day and it only cost me 608 calories for 1/2 a bagel with laughing cow cream cheese, 27 grams of bacon, 2 breakfast sausages and 2 eggs. I just feel like Ive eated 1000 calories and yucky....Does anyone else get this feeling after eating an "unhealthy meal" in moderation within their calories?

I get that feeling whenever I eat fatty food. For me it is not the overall calories that do it but the grams of fat.
  • I feel horrible!
maybe its partially in my head, but sometimes I save all my calories to go and pig out with my husband, and even though I'm well within my calorie range I feel like I ate 80 times as many calories as I did. I dunno. Healthy food just... makes a body feel good :)

Not me. I eat a fatty meal (hello KFC), I go home and spin around on my belly on the tile like a penguin.

Not me either! I love 'breakfast' food

600 cals isn't that big a deal in my life. Now if we're talking an Indian curry with plenty of rice and breads and beer, probably over 2000 cals? Well THEN I will feel bloated

Awesome. I spewed water out my nose while reading this.

Also, is belly spinning in the cardio database?

I get what I call "food hangovers" the next morning. It feels like I am really hungover but its just from the food. Its a gross feeling but it always motivates me to eat healthier later!

    haha! fantastic!

Yes, I agree! It's because you have changed your eating habits! I always feel a little icky after eating a heavy meal...although I don't beat myself up about it...it's eaten, it's gone and there is nothing you can do about it.

Sometimes, I fancy a good, full english breakfast and I enjoy it...I have still managed to lose 42lbs....so it goes to show that you can indulge a little..

I have suffered a few food hangovers...but they are nothing like alcohol hangovers...I just drink loads of water to flush the sodium out of my system :flowerforyou:
