Squeaky sneakers ...any advice??

I have had a lot of trouble with plantar fascitis so I have to have orthotics in my sneakers. They rub the inside of my sneakers and squeak all the time. It is sooooo annoying. I tried baby powder but only helps for a few minutes.
Anyone have any other suggestions????

I wonder if wrapping the orthotics would help? Like put a small ankle sock around them then put them in your shoes, see if it creates a barrier? I have no idea - that's the first thing to pop into my head lol. Usually after wearing the shoes for a while and breaking them in the squeaking goes away. I have one leg that's 1/8 of an inch longer than the other so without a lift and an arch in one shoe I'd have scoliosis. So I somewhat understand the issues with shoe inserts. Best of luck!0
