(Title = Finding Nemo reference incase you didn't notice haha)

Anyways, I woke up early this morning about 6:30 to go workout. This is much earlier than my normal 10:30 routine. Needless to say, I complained about EVERY SINGLE LITTLE thing. I was being so ridiculous. I felt like I couldn't do any of my weight exercises right, and eventually I just decided to run later tonight when I got back to my hometown.

I never really noticed how used to a certain routine that your body gets. After a little struggle, my mind just decided I couldn't do anymore.

HOWEVER!!!!! My confidence was boosted back up after a new haircut and color today. And again I became happy when I started trying on old clothes from high school. To my surprise, they all fit!!!! I was so shocked! I couldn't be happier right now. Even though I was so physically and (mostly) mentally exhausted this morning, positive things easily turned my mood around! It has been a GREAT day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

It's nice the things that boost you up. Tonight I had to go out and give a talk. I grabbed a suit jacket thinking it was one I often wear to "hide" in. It turned out to be one I'd forgotten buying a long time ago, taking a big risk, to fit "someday." OMG... it FIT! It will fit better if I lose another inch in my bust, but fit it did! Yay! Great boost of confidence there :)
Another boost was that I keep at this and the other day someone on one of the discussions was talking about starting over again the INSTANT you realize you've fallen off the wagon. Well... in this case it was my daughter who came into my home office all dejected because she hasn't been exercising or doing yoga. I told her that in that case it was time just to go do one single "salute ot he sun" routine immediately. I explained the principle I had learned here on MFP. A while later she called out "that was good advice"... she'd done what I suggested and, indeed, felt much better about herself.
So... we have a good thing going here everyone.
    Yay!
