New here!

Hi everybody. I'm new here, and have been inspired to join by a co worker. It will be my first day logging calorie intake. I feel like I have a fresh start. I'm newlywed and since the focus is no longer on planning my wedding, it's time for the focus to be on me! My wedding was July 5th and everything turned out fantastic. I've heard from people it was the best one they ever went to. If I can work magic to make huge, beautiful goals such as that, imagine what I can do with my health? I think I would really like to find family friendly low cal meals as my husband is also looking to loose a few lbs. Any suggestions please send my way.     Hi! Congrats on your wedding! You must be so relieved that everything went so well! I dieted for two weeks, then took 2 weeks off on holiday (and ate way too many resturant portions) but I'm back for another 2 weeks now and it does feel like a fresh start for me too! Anyway, I'll add you if you don't mind.
