I just finished doing the 30 day shred video for the first time and I am new to this site. How do I list doing this video in my exercise log? under Cardio or under both cardio and strengthing? please help

I also logged it a circuit training before I bought my HRM. But when I bought it I found out I was burning WAY more.0
