Me and my husband started "dieting" last week, as he was told he needs to lose weight.
I enjoy keeping track of everything we're eating, it makes it easier and fun.

Hopefully we will stick with it untill he reaches his goal weight......I could stand to lose about 25 pounds myself :-)
