Hey all, I probably have a similar story to most of you. I've tried halfheartedly many times but this time is a bit different. I suffered a brain injury last October and since then gained a lot of weight, I also damaged my brain so my hormones are all wonky making my blood pressure super high which makes working out difficult. For the cherry on top I also have Polycystic Ovarian syndrome (lottery winner here) so I really want to give my body the best chance for recovery and be able to help myself get to the point where I can start a little family. Friend requests and motivators are appreciated!!
