Easy herb dip from stuff you have in pantry

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 tsp Greek seasoning
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp dried parsley
Blend and chill tho I used mine immediately. 2 tbsp, 40 cal, 2g protein
I dipped my fried eggplant in it but it is thick enough for a wrap or sandwich spread
