When you literally crawl out of bed, get dressed and head to your workout?

The only thing I can handle is a few raisins, and water. Food after workout is better for me.0

Nothing. Sometimes coffee.0

Banana...it's not too much, but enough fuel to get me through my workout.0

Nothing. I eat after I run. I do drink some water before I run. It is my understanding from limited knowledge that if you eat before you run, you teach your body to burn the carbs in the food you've eaten to fuel the run, and you will struggle during longer runs without food. If you run before eating, it teaches your body to burn stored energy to fuel running, which means that on longer runs you won't need to provide your body as much fuel.
This is obviously a very limited understanding, and applies only to running which I do (not very well).0 -
Yep. I eat 1/2 a banana and a glass of ice water. Bananas are great for quick energy.0

For me, it depends on the type of workout. If it's intense cardio, minimal food. Moderate cardio, eggs, toast, skim milk. If it's weight lifting, as much food as possible so I have the strength and energy to lift heavy.0

It's going to be boot camp...0

Nothing since I go so early and everyone is sleeping. I am trying to figure out what to eat before a later morning workout though0

1/2 a banana, a few dried blueberries, or half a glass of coconut water; something with a little sugar in it but not too much. Definitely drink some water 15 or so minutes prior to working out. I do my best on an empty stomach though. For long cardio workouts, I tend to eat a bit more than usual the night before which helps a lot!0

^^ this.
I can't handle food at all before training, regardless of whether its lifting or cardio.
I eat afterwards.0 -
Nothing except a pre-workout drink (ON Platinum PRE).0
