Need ideas: One day a week I remove carbs and sugar

Any ideas?

I make soups using broth, vegetables, and chicken, and salads.

I need other ideas without sugar or carbs/grains.

    We have beem doing low carb & no
    Sugar.for a week now. In addition
    To what you listed, we eat eggs
    Hard boiled or scrambled, low sodium
    No sugar bacon, kale chips, smoothies
    With greens, almond milk, avocado, vanilla
    & cinnamon. We also eat salmon, beef, &
    Turkey. Hope this helps!

    I find this list very helpful in developing my recipes. I select interesting vegetables and then check yummly, Pinterest and epicurious for recipe ideas I can tweak.

    lettuce wraps or collard wraps.

    Put whatever you would normally put between 2 slices of bread, or get really creative with cucumber, eggs and salsa, chicken breast, whatever's in the fridge really.
